A great way to start the weekend is with a lovely glass of fizz. To help the process we offer brilliant prices all day every day - every Friday.

Our champagnes include the Grandes Marques of Bollinger, Taittinger and Ruinart and also Moutard, made by our old friend Francois Moutard.

We have now also introduced a fabulous French fizz - Cremant d'Alsace. Just as everyone outside France had to stop calling their sparkling wines champagne, so too those producers in France but not in Champagne had to change the names of their wines. Cremant d'Alsace is made in exactly the same way as they make champagne in Champagne - but in Alsace it is made from Pinot Noir and Reisling. This fabulous wine is from Dopff au Moulin - good friends of ours in Alsace who's family has been making wine for over 500 years.

Our Prosecco from the Veneto in Italy is also a lovely lighter drink - and it will never give you a headache.
